Back in 1996, a tiny footwear store opened on Neal Street, just by London’s famous Covent Garden. With a fresh, clean interior, the focus was clearly on the product, keeping all other distractions to a minimum. Here was a place brands could launch limited run trainers, or test new, forward-thinking models. Offspring was born.
Twenty long years later, and they’re stronger than ever, continuing to live by that mantra of footwear focus, and limited edition collaborations.
To mark this momentous occasion, Offspring have got together with a range of brands, to offer their take on some very different models each month – and this month sees the release of their “independent craft-store” inspired Reebok Insta Pump Fury.
Mixing together a variety of textures, Offspring’s SMU specialist Aman Tak gives us two monochromatic beauties, that lend the futuristic silhouette an almost high-end look.
We were invited down to celebrate the launch of this collab last week, and were treated to a 90’s themed party, complete with goody bags filled with all your favourite toys from the era, including a Tamagotchi and some Toll Dolls!
Check out our exclusive video from the night, and our wavey pics in the gallery below. But before you do, be sure to shop these two incredible styles at your nearest Offspring store, or over on Offspring.co.uk now 🙂
